SHIPPING POLICY

ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order confirmation email is received. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.

During high-volume periods, holidays, or product launches, processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.


SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days after processing

  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–3 business days after processing

  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, including carrier delays, customs processing, or weather events.


FREE SHIPPING
From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions. Any current offers will be displayed on our website or during checkout.


ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates.

If you haven’t received your tracking email within 5 business days, contact social@goredcosmetics.com.


SHIPPING TO P.O. BOXES OR APO/FPO ADDRESSES
We ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses in the U.S. Delivery times may be longer for these locations.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship internationally to most countries.
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. Go Red Cosmetics is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.


LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once marked “Delivered” by the carrier, Go Red Cosmetics is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Check with your local post office or neighbors first. If the package cannot be located, contact the carrier directly and/or social@goredcosmetics.com for assistance.


ORDER CHANGES & ADDRESS ERRORS
Please verify your shipping address before checkout.
If an error is noticed immediately after ordering, email social@goredcosmetics.com with your order number and correct address. Changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed or shipped.


DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, contact social@goredcosmetics.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will resolve the issue promptly.


PRE-ORDERS OR LIMITED RELEASE ITEMS
Estimated ship dates for pre-order or limited-release items will be listed in product descriptions. Dates are estimates and may change due to availability.
