At Go Red Cosmetics, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your T-45-47 Pomade purchase, we offer returns and refunds under the conditions outlined below.
Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. By completing your order, you agree to the terms of this Return & Refund Policy.
ELIGIBLE RETURNS
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.

The return must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

You must provide proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or receipt).

RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return, please email us at social@goredcosmetics.com with:

Reason for the return
Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the product back to us.
Shipping for returns is the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Please note: original shipping charges are non-refundable, and you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrect.
EXCHANGES
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If your T-45-47 Pomade arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at social@goredcosmetics.com with photos of the damage. We will provide a full replacement at no additional cost.
